Broadmoor Hotel Wedding

Lake Terrace Ballroom, Broadmoor Hotel :

I love the look of this wedding I provided the floral design for.  Its interesting use of grey blue linens with blue hydrangeas,  Metropole and Jeanenne Moreau garden roses made for a romantic, old-world look.

Garden roses differ from other roses in that they open like a cabbage and are always very fragrant. Their look is similar to a peony and they create a romantic old world look.

What’s a St Patrick’s day wedding without a few shamrocks on display for the Cocktail hour?

Last but never least the Bride’s bouquet of Metropole garden rose.

Romantic Bridal Bouquet

If you are contemplating intense, saturated color for your bridal bouquet, consider  the following combination I came up for a past client. It included eggplant-purple callas with black Bacarra roses and white freesia.

I think this color combination is fantastic. But, more importantly, so did the bride, Denise:

”I just wanted to thank you again for helping make our big day so special for the March 3rd wedding. The flowers were just beautiful! Everyone commented on how great they looked! Thanks again.”~~~~~ Denise and Josh

Thank you for your kind words of support, Denise.

Are you planning a wedding and need some advice on color selection? Just give me a  call. Let’s talk about your wedding and the look you would like to achieve.
