Just look to nature and you may find the exact colors you want for your wedding . Brown, robin’s egg blue, a touch of green will give a color pallet even Martha Stewart would have to agree is very sophisticated.
My wonderful clinet and soon to be bride, Jessica was inspired by these colors and wanted to incorporate them into her wedding flowers.
These are the wedding flowers that I designed for the wedding that utilized the 54 brown lanterns from the previous blog post. I love it when the opportunity presents and I can create a little visual surprise for my bride to savor. Hence I placed a few robin egg blue glass beads in her bouquet. They are something special just for her. I think it is a spectacular look that is interesting, different, and contemporary. I love to design floral work that is different, but it has to be beautiful as well.
The bridesmaids bouquets featured lime green and robin egg blue beads on the bear grass that draped down over the large ivory callas. A beautiful touch was that the glass beads were slightly iridescent and expressed a beautiful glow when the light hit them just right. The bridesmaids wore a tea length, chocolate brown, strapless chiffon dresses. Notice that the satin ribbon is double sided, robin egg blue on one side and brown on the opposite side.
I consider this a very sophisticated look, well thought out, executed impeccably and it was a pleasure to create. I hope you have enjoyed viewing this peek into the initial planning of Janessa’s wedding and keep checking in for the creative photography of Gail Buhler of www.encoreportraots.com who was the photographer for this event.
